This is the first in many of mechs that I have put together after being inspired by yet another post on Reddit. The mech legs and torso attachments were based on a hardsuit design by toothbone. I’m not totally happy with how it poses. As I was looking back at the images I was drawing inspiration from, I see my model was missing another layer of articulation at the waist. Overall, I enjoy the overall look of the model.
My goal was to create a mechanized Ice Planet Exoskeleton that could go to the most extreme environments. Equipped with translucent orange skis and chainsaw, this intrepid explorer can fight off any challenge the blistering cold might present.
