Part of our Bay Area Mall excursion, the Hilltop Mall in Richmond was a great find. This mall is huge inside, two floors in a mutli-anchor setup. There was a good mix of small local businesses and some chain stores. The Sears was still open when we visited, and their fate is still up in the air to this day. This mall is in a beautiful location and I hope the owners rehab all of the vacant space inside to create a great new destination shopping location. This video gained a lot of traction on YouTube and we’re really proud of the funky, 70s vibe that we infused into the graphics. They really reflect the aesthetics of the time and place the mall was built in.
